I had a great experience today. Kalina was super helpful and transparent through the whole process of this dental cleaning and cared for my kitty like her own. I felt very comfortable leaving my kitty with them, and they were all so professional AND personable.

Christine at SF Vet was absolutely amazing with my senior dog. She was kind, patient, gentle, and made us both feel completely at ease. It’s never easy bringing in an older dog, and Christine handled everything with so much care and compassion. She’s the only person I would ever trust to care for her. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and can’t recommend SF Vet highly enough.

Amazing experience start to finish. We found a sweet little 4 year old Basset hound Bonnie had a infected tooth. Our normal vet couldn't get us in for Dental till January. We called SF Vet at 3:30 and had a appointment at 4:30 same day, then scheduled surgery for Friday and they took great care of Bonnie and my wife....lol. Rachel at the front desk is Spectacular she comforted my wife and Dr Gill was so good and on point. Thank you SF Vet

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at SF Vet with Dr. Gill really stood out. From the moment we walked in, it felt like my pet wasn’t just another appointment. Dr. Gill took his time, sat down with me, and genuinely listened—no rushing, no talking over me, just real attention and care. My pet needed treatment, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which helped ease a lot of my stress. You can tell he truly cares, not just about the medical side but about the people and pets he’s helping. That kind of compassion is hard to find. I walked out feeling relieved and grateful, knowing my pet was in the right hands. SF Vet is lucky to have someone like Dr. Gill—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants both great veterinary care and a doctor who treats you like a person, not just a case.

I brought my cat here and Jaime was a wonderful person and was very kind. She was reassuring and was thorough when she was explaining the medications for my cat. Dr. Sathish was also great and listened to my concerns. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I took my miniature schnauzer to SF Vet Hospital today as he presented with diarrhea and vomiting that was getting worse over the course of the last week. I called in early to get an appointment and skip the wait and found that there was availability for an appointment shortly after I called. Didn't take long before I was seen by Nurse Jamie, who listened to my concerns as I presented to her the symptoms. Jamie asked thourough questions that directly responded to what I was worried about, as well as brought up additional questions to cover possible outcomes that I didn't expect. Including looking for conditions that my breed is prone to that I was unaware of. Dr. Gil came into the room and succinctly presented his concerns. Then, Jamie walked me through the pricing and provided me the chance to ask more questions about the specific care plan. With this, the team went ahead with the care plan, updated me as the results came in at a time. When I got the results, they promptly gave me the explanation of how to interpret them. Jamie gave me the meds, gave details of how to administer them and informed me of how specifically they will help my dog. And most importantly got me out of the room in ample time, without much of a wait. Thank you so much to the team at SF Vet!

SF vet hospital was amazing! We are from out of town and our dog ingested some sand. It was a very scary time and they were able to help us through every step - our pup is happy and healthy! Special shout out to Jamie who was kind, loving, and went above and beyond to help us through this time! 10/10 reccomend

I had reached out in the morning needing a same-day appointment for my dog, and Rachel was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the entire process. She checked in with me multiple times during the day to make sure I was able to get an appointment, and even though they were short staffed, she still made everything work smoothly. Everyone there truly goes out of their way to help. There was also a vet tech who was so thoughtful and attentive. I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she took the time to double check that all of the medications were correct before we left, which I really appreciated. Dr. Gill has been seeing my dogs for quite some time now, and he has always been very thorough, caring, and compassionate. Overall, the entire staff has been wonderful every visit. You can genuinely tell they care about both the animals and their owners, and I’m very grateful for the level of care they provide.

I brought two of my cats here and it was my first time at this vet! The staff were extremely kind and compassionate with my kitties. The vet tech, Isabella, was extremely attentive in charting my cats' symptoms, was very proactive in calling and reaching out to others vets that to see if they could locate any vaccination records, and showed so much love and care to my cats. I think I found my SF vet!

SF Vet Hospital has the best staff! Whenever I bring my cat in, the staff there is so welcoming and caring that makes me feel safe and confident that my cat is getting the best care he can get. Christine has been tremendously helpful and caring. I get really anxious when my cat has symptoms of illness, and her expertise and genuine care for my cat always help me to calm down and ensure that he is okay. Thanks Christine and the rest of the staff there!
